1 General Provisions

gabaji is an online betting and casino platform for Bangladesh, operated through the gabaji.cam domain. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gabaji and registered users of the platform. By accessing this site or creating an account, you automatically agree to all provisions of these Terms.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

gabaji is operated for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration and participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

gabaji reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (along with another document)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4 Account Security

The security of your gabaji account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with anyone else.

• Use a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of the session.

You will be responsible for any transaction or activity carried out through your account, unless you have previously notified gabaji support about unauthorized access.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

gabaji uses popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh for depositing and withdrawing funds.

5.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The source of deposited funds must be lawful.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 Transaction Verification

gabaji reserves the right to verify any transaction and request additional documents if necessary. Accounts may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious transactions.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gabaji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be read carefully.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and get the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement applies before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the designated wagering requirements must be met.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• gabaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its terms.
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts), the account will be closed.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on gabaji are governed by the following rules.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any abnormal result caused by a technical error will be considered void.
• gabaji reserves the right to void any winnings obtained from errors displayed in the system or odds, particularly clearly incorrect odds.
• Bets will be settled after the result of an event has been officially announced.

7.2 Cricket Betting

gabaji offers betting on various international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. Betting markets and rules may vary for each event and will be stated on the relevant page.

7.3 Slots and Casino Games

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gabaji. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

9.1 Setting Self-Limits

gabaji allows users to set deposit limits, betting limits and session limits. These limits can be changed at any time from your account settings. However, reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit takes effect after 24 hours.

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, contact our support team to request self-exclusion. While self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be accessed for the designated period.

10 Account Suspension and Closure
